At the end of 2022, Silverleaf Realty hired multiple former pro athletes. With the Waste Management Open and the Super Bowl approaching in February 2023, my objective was to create a dedicated landing page on Silverleaf Realty’s website to highlight our expertise in serving professional athletes, demonstrating our understanding of their unique needs. I also planned a targeted social media and email campaign leading up to these major events, knowing that many high-profile athletes and clients would be in town. The goal was to strategically capture their attention and showcase our specialized services.
I designed and launched a dedicated landing page that outlined the Athlete Representation services we offer at Silverleaf Realty, with a clear focus on exclusivity and high-end real estate. The page communicated credibility by featuring athletes who had trusted our brand for real estate guidance.
Social media posts were carefully crafted to highlight the athletes involved, the luxurious properties we represent, and the connection between the sports community and high-net-worth real estate buyers. Posts were timed to align with the key events in Scottsdale, utilizing hashtags and geotargeting to capture event-goers' attention.
I developed an email campaign targeting existing and potential clients, leveraging the prestige of the athletes and the hype surrounding Scottsdale’s biggest events. These emails featured a call to action driving recipients to the landing page, reinforcing the exclusivity of the athlete representation services.
I chose one of the former athletes to star in a video campaign, where I wrote the script and collaborated with a professional videographer to showcase his expertise in one of his listings. This video was prominently featured in paid ads and on the landing page.
To ensure maximum reach, I launched a series of paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. The ad copy and visuals were crafted to emphasize the connection between luxury, sports, and real estate, tailored to attract an affluent demographic attending these major events.
This multi-channel approach led to increased website traffic, higher engagement across social media platforms, and a noticeable rise in inquiries for the former athletes we featured. Aligning the campaign with two major Scottsdale events allowed us to reach a timely and relevant audience, successfully positioning the brand as a trusted advisor in luxury real estate for professional athletes.
